About The Position

Continental Properties is looking for a Spring 2027 Pre-Construction Intern (Part-Time) to join our Construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with our Construction project team while participating directly in the real estate development and construction management process of our rental housing communities. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the Spring 2027 semester.

Requirements

• Available to work approximately 20 hours during the Spring 2027 semester, transitioning to 40 hours per week during the Summer
• Currently a student of Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior standing enrolled in an Engineering, Construction Management, or related program
• Interest in the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Research codes, permits, and fees
• Dry utility coordination
• Assist with early budgets and estimates
