Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A clean criminal record with eligibility to obtain the required aviation security clearance (RAIC), which requires Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Ability to work on-site at Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required to effectively serve an international clientele
- No prior experience or security license required
Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and their personal belongings with rigor, professionalism, and in compliance with national aviation security standards.
- Ensure that no prohibited items gain access to secure areas.
- Manage access to restricted areas consistently and with vigilance.
- Remain alert and respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and violations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts, alarms, and potential threats.
- Accurately document and report security-related incidents, violations, and concerns.
