About The Position
ESPEC North America (ENA) is a partner in environmental and accelerated reliability test chambers and solutions. We are currently hiring a Pre-Assembler I for our Pre-Assembly Department. We offer an awesome benefits package, a 4-day work week with overtime on Friday, no mandatory weekend work, a clean environment, and opportunities for advancement! Hours: Full-time, 6:00am-4:30pm M-TH, some Friday OT.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Mechanically inclined with previous use of hand tools
- Basic assembly knowledge
- Must be able to read instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Differentiates between AC and DC wiring.
- Uses hand, power, and air tools, and reads tape measure.
- Ability to efficiently complete 25% of all assemblies to Engineering specifications.
- Mounts components using prints.
- Understands routings to parts list.
- Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Performs other routine duties.
- Regular, physical attendance is required.
