About The Position

Hours are 8:00-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. This position is based within Jefferson Regional Practice Management. In this unique setting, daily interactions with a diverse clientele, including hospital staff, physicians, and visitors, are expected. A Practice Team Leader is responsible for assisting a Practice Manager or Practice Operations Manager execute clinical and administrative task in a single specialty practice(s). This includes responsibility for delegating task to clinical and office personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the practice. Areas of independent decision-making will include areas such as staff scheduling, assigning work, auditing work processes for accuracy and compliance, managing inventory, ordering supplies, reporting maintenance and IT issues, education of practice changes and training new hires.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Diploma: Nursing
  • Arkansas RN licensure required.
  • Proficient in computer skills and business office equipment.
  • Possess additional soft skills in areas such as adaptability, conflict resolution, and/or time management.
  • This position is safety sensitive.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree: Nursing preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Nursing preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program preferred.
  • Experience in leadership or management role preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and active listening.
