About The Position

A dedicated sales support for Healthcare Banking Specialists and Group Managers. Navigating both internal (sales team) and external partners, anticipating needs and supporting requests by effectively leveraging bank resources, policies and products resulting in improved cross-sell, revenue recognition, reduced attrition, and the highest level of client experience. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Requirements

  • Requires high school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of banking experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of products and services (loans, deposits, and treasury management)
  • Ability to clearly communicate concepts verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to work independently and to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Organizational and time management skills are also required.
  • Proficiency in PC software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a primary liaison between sales and clients.
  • Includes daily currency transactions, manage overdraft procedure, loan servicing, XAA reanalysis request, opening and closing of accounts and initiation of wire request.
  • Participates in sales calls at the request of the sales team.
  • Ensures highest level of client experience by taking a proactive approach and partnership committed to meeting service level agreements on all requests.
  • Provides service request documentation within CRM allowing deeper analysis and support in finding trends or patterns allowing proactive approach in enhancing client experience.
  • Supports development of client proposals/presentations.
  • Prepare, generate, and distribute recurring reports such as CRM reports, credit administration reports, pipeline reports, etc., as needed by management.
  • Serve as back up for phone/email coverage when Healthcare Banking Specialists is unavailable.
  • Implement new processes and procedures based on bank guidelines.
  • Provide CRM administrative support to ensure information is correct based on data quality Metrics Includes review of new relationship setups during onboarding.
  • Assist Healthcare Banking Specialists with the initial stages of the loan origination process. Through timely and accurate delivery of information to Commercial Fulfillment and Loan Services. Through coordination and communication of follow up or clarification request. Through post-closing review of loan systems to ensure proper onboarding.
  • Manage new customer on boarding process.
  • Assist in new employee on-boarding administration and Healthcare Banking Specialists reassignments.
  • Assist with special projects (i.e.: employee engagement activities, internal training set-up, sales meetings, community involvement, etc.).
  • Take ownership of escalated client issues to drive problem resolution with varying levels of complexity.
