About The Position

The Practice Supervisor-Large leads and fosters a high-performance culture and ensures optimal daily operations of the Reddy Cancer Center and Walk-In Clinic. This includes, but is not limited to: patient access, scheduling, insurance precertification, referral management, resource utilization, charge capture, service quality, staffing, compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies (e.g., The Joint Commission), and clinical standards of care. The Practice Supervisor-Large must have an intense commitment to patient and family centered care. The Practice Supervisor-Large provides administrative direction and coordination of policies, procedures, and programs and is responsible for the direct supervision of 25+ full-time employees. This position leads and functions as part of the site-based leadership team in support of, and responsible for, all operational activities within the Reddy Cancer Center and Walk-In Clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience required.
  • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
