Requirements

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required.
Three (3) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in lieu of degree, in addition to the experience requirement.
Three (3) years of medical office, healthcare, or related experience required.
If no degree, a total of six (6) years of experience required.
Proficiency with the following applications: EPIC, Microsoft applications, Kronos, QGenda, Tableau (web version)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Under supervision of the Manager of Practice Operations; Coordinates operations for hospital based neurology, neurocritical care, and teleneurology practices serving 19 hospitals throughout the state of Georgia.
Collaborates senior leadership, physicians, and APPs to coordinate schedules, manage vendor relationships, and billing.
Participate in process improvement projects related to operations, revenue cycle and quality.
