About The Position

CityVet is seeking a Practice Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for the overall management of the facility, including business, financial, and clinical operations. The Practice Manager ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient staff management, while implementing and enforcing all CityVet policies, standards, and procedures. Requirements

Understanding of state and federal safety standards
Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics
High school diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

Management of the facility in its entirety, including business management, financial management and overall clinical operations management.
Ensure the highest level of customer experience satisfaction and efficient staff management.
Implement and enforce all CityVet policies, standards and procedures.
Interview, hire, onboard, train and supervise facility staff members to ensure their understanding of the job responsibilities and career path opportunities.
Continuous staff development through professional and clinical training, timely performance and salary reviews, completing disciplinary actions, up to and including termination.
Monitor and maintain quality control of all daily operations, client care, client service and client records.
