We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team in Denver. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our orthodontic practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. You will work closely with all staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management. Your leadership and management skills will be critical to the success of our practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years management or supervisor experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dental office regulations and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
  • Previous experience working with Cloud9 dental software or other orthodontic software
  • Previous Dental Office experience
  • Experience with revenue cycle management and financial analysis
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the practice team to achieve optimal operations, patient and team member satisfaction, and growth and profitability of the practice locations
  • Drive growth and expansion through strategic planning, sales management, and implementation of growth initiatives
  • Create lasting relationships with the team, patients, referrals sources and local community
  • Be responsible for hitting key metrics and performance goals
  • Interview candidates for open positions, onboard and oversee training of new hires
  • Oversee regional employees regarding schedule, compliance, performance, etc.
