Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field required OR Associates Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience.
• Two years of previous practice management experience
• Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player.
• Evidence of teaching skills.

Nice To Haves

• MHA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction and supervision of Director of Physician Practice Management, this management position serves as a liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and the Northside Hospital, assuring compliance of Northside policies and procedures, and maintaining a productive, financially secure work environment.
• Responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.
