Requirements
- Associate's degree in business, management or other related field of study or equivalent Required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare or medical practice experience Required.
- One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the activities of team members within practice and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner.
- Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations.
- Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing.
- Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
