About The Position

CityVet is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the operations of their veterinary clinic. This role is responsible for the entire facility, including business, financial, and clinical operations management. The Practice Manager ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient staff management, while also implementing and enforcing all CityVet policies and procedures. Requirements

Understanding of state and federal safety standards
Knowledge of regulations governing veterinary clinics
High school diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

Manage the facility in its entirety, including business management, financial management, and overall clinical operations management.
Ensure the highest level of customer experience satisfaction and efficient staff management.
Implement and enforce all CityVet policies, standards, and procedures.
Interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise facility staff members.
Conduct continuous staff development through professional and clinical training, timely performance and salary reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and maintain quality control of all daily operations, client care, client service, and client records.
