About The Position

Village Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead business operations and drive the hospital to its next level. This is an opportunity to build upon an existing foundation of success, working alongside a collaborative Medical Director and an experienced Associate Practice Manager. The role focuses on leading people, coaching managers, improving systems, developing future leaders, and creating a thriving workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring fresh energy and new ideas to enhance operational excellence, patient care, client service, and team engagement.

Requirements

Previous veterinary Practice Manager or multi-site leadership experience.
Confident in having difficult conversations while building trust.
Experience in coaching and developing people.
Ability to identify opportunities others may not see.
Ability to balance compassion with accountability.
Understanding of veterinary financials and operational metrics.
Thrives in a collaborative leadership environment.
Desire to leave a legacy, not just manage a schedule.

Nice To Haves

CVPM certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop an engaged, accountable team.
Coach supervisors and future leaders.
Create efficient workflows that improve the client experience.
Drive financial performance through labor, inventory, and operational management.
Build a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
Partner with the Associate Practice Manager to leverage her knowledge while implementing new ideas.
Work alongside Encore Vet Group's leadership team for continued professional growth and support.
