Requirements

• Previous dental office management or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of dental operations and patient care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A confident leader who leads by example
• Someone who is proactive, accountable, and people-focused

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental software is considered an asset

• Lead and support a high-performing dental team
