About The Position

Our mission is to empower all to be the best version of ourselves, one smile at a time. We are looking for a Dental Practice Operations Manager to support and lead our dental practice. As a leader in our "empowering all" effort, you will play a key role in bringing out the best in the dental team, as they deliver a best-in-class dental experience to our patients. You will see first hand, lives change, beginning with your own and those around you. The role involves leading the dental team, managing the patient journey, and acting as a Chief Smile Ambassador. Through your leadership, you will welcome patients and guide them through their journey to oral health and happiness. The company also contributes to the community by donating all proceeds from Tooth Whitening services to local Colorado charities, in which you will play a key role. Requirements

  • Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice
  • Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness
  • A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience
  • Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
  • Willingness to build trust to achieve results

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend
  • Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus

  • Support and lead our dental practice

  • Responsible for the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return
  • Lead a team of practice team members

  • Play a key role in making community donations happen
