We are hiring a Practice Manager for our Neurosurgery Clinic at the Plaza This is a Monday through Friday day shift position. Position Highlights Include: The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services. Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership, assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction. Provides practice management for clinical and non-clinical staff. Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement. Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets. Will supervise staff including hiring, performance, scheduling and training. Works directly with providers for scheduling and patient flow. Will staff within administrative clinic functions as needed. Previous healthcare management strongly preferred Why Saint Luke’s? Requirements

  • 3-5 years Applicable Experience
  • Associate Degree
