Our clinic provides exceptional patient care seeing general ophthalmology cases, performing laser vision correction, and cataract surgery. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team and flow of the clinic to ensure low wait times, high patient care, and stellar patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure the clinic achieves operating targets with respect to both performance and budget.
  • Coach and develop your team to be the best they can be.
  • Maintain excellent communication with all partners, leadership, and team members.
  • Market the clinic and sister clinics to the community through various efforts both in person and digitally through blog and social media posts.
