Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the team and flow of the clinic to ensure low wait times, high patient care, and stellar patient satisfaction.
Ensure the clinic achieves operating targets with respect to both performance and budget.
Coach and develop your team to be the best they can be.
Maintain excellent communication with all partners, leadership, and team members.
Market the clinic and sister clinics to the community through various efforts both in person and digitally through blog and social media posts.
