POSITION SUMMARY: Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring key performance metrics, productivity, budgets, and practice operations. Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality management programs, and ongoing compliance initiatives. Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and tracking tools to support operational efficiency. Partner with physicians and leadership on budgeting, special projects, scheduling, billing compliance, and practice improvement initiatives. Support teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working closely with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.
