About The Position

Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and other healthcare facilities nationwide. As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, our mission is to transform radiology by innovating across clinical value, technology, service, and economics, while elevating the role of radiology and radiologists in healthcare. This position provides operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring productivity, budgets, key performance metrics, and overall practice operations. It also coordinates physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality management programs, and ongoing compliance initiatives. The role involves managing accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and tracking tools to support operational efficiency and budget adherence. Additionally, the Practice Manager partners with physicians and leadership on billing compliance, scheduling, special projects, quality initiatives, and practice improvement efforts. This role supports teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience partnering with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, quality, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of healthcare administration, management, radiology, or private practice experience.
