We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our Bupa Dental Kensington team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within an established 3-chair practice, where you’ll have the autonomy to lead the day-to-day operation of the practice, develop your team and create an environment where both our people and patients feel genuinely supported. Requirements

  • Previous leadership or management experience, ideally within dental, healthcare or another customer focused environment
  • Around 2+ years’ experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets, revenue and costs
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to balance people, patients and operational priorities
  • Confidence navigating challenging conversations and solving problems
  • A warm, approachable leadership style and genuine passion for building a great team culture

Nice To Haves

  • Dental experience will be highly regarded, however we’re open to strong healthcare leaders with transferable practice management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a diverse team, creating a positive and collaborative practice culture
  • Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the practice and ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Manage team performance, rostering, workflow and operational priorities
  • Take ownership of practice performance including revenue, costs and P&L
  • Build strong relationships with dentists, support teams and patients
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement and overall practice performance
