About The Position

Pines Health Services is seeking a Practice Manager for its Surgical/Urology and Orthopedic office in Caribou, Maine. This role is ideal for a proven leader passionate about excelling in a dynamic environment, promoting growth, and implementing new initiatives. The Practice Manager will support and coordinate the day-to-day procedural and administrative activities of the Health Center, including managing medical data, coordinating inventories and facilities, maintaining fiscal controls, and overseeing patient reception and secretarial support.

Responsibilities

Oversees interaction with patients and coordinates services with providers.
Coordinates all financial and administrative procedures and documentation for the health center; prepares and maintains operating budgets and fiscal controls.
Assists in administrative problem-solving, program/project planning, development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.
Procures and maintains inventories of clinical supplies, instruments, and equipment; coordinates and oversees the disposition, serviceability, and sterilization of clinical facilities and equipment, as appropriate.
Schedules and facilitates meetings and classes, initiates and prepares correspondence, researches information, and prepares reports, as appropriate.
