The Center for Disability Services offers hope, innovation and achievement to the people they support. The Practice Manager of Wellness is responsible for overseeing aquatic operations and wellness programming in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations. This role ensures the safety, supervision, and quality of all aquatic activities, including pool operations, lifeguard staff oversight, and compliance with established safety plans. The Practice Director of Wellness works collaboratively with departmental leadership to support programming, training, and administrative needs. The Center for Disability Services has served as a trusted community leader for over 80 years, providing innovative programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Capital Region and North Country. They are committed to empowering individuals to lead full, independent lives, having served over 12,000 people to date.
