About The Position

Responsible for the management of up to three providers. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, managing departmental budgets, seeking ways to increase revenue while decreasing expenses, and communicating financial data to physicians, directors, and senior staff. The Practice Manager will also ensure staff accountability for overall performance and professional communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field OR Associate's Degree and 4 years experience in an office practice environment at a supervisory level.
• 1 or more years working in a medical practice environment with at least one year's experience at a supervisory level.
• 1 or more years of insurance and reimbursement, CPT codes, ICD codes, and Medicare/ Medicaid compliance procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to function in an administrative role.
