About The Position

As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice. Use your effective team-building and leadership skills to assist in strategic initiatives to develop the practice to its fullest potential. Utilize your business acumen to oversee established financial process and ensure staff execute daily business functions and procedures. Your leadership makes the difference! Requirements

• Medical practice management experience acquired through a minimum of 3 years of previous management experience or minimum of 5 years of medical practice experience with full knowledge of all front office procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of 3rd party insurance plans, (PPO’s, HMO’s, and Fee-for-Service) and the managed care environment.
• High School diploma required.

Nice To Haves

• Strong project management skills preferred.
• BA/BS preferred.
