About The Position

The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of services. Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership, assumes a leadership role in planning, developing, and implementing programs and services which support the mission, vision, and strategic direction. Provides practice management for a large and/or multiple practices, sometimes in multiple locations, typically supporting 8 to 20 providers and a support staff to exceed 50 or more employees. Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial, quality, and patient satisfaction improvement. Independently identifies needs, plans, and successfully works within practice budgets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's Degree
