The Practice Manager II is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in the clinical and administrative aspects of a single or multiple specialty practices. Day to day responsibilities include areas such as financial stewardship, staff management, leadership, process improvement, policy adherence, compliance, and meeting key performance indicators. This position works directly with the Practice Operation Manager in identifying and recommending changes in the practice. Practice complexity is used to determine practice management level: PM 1, PM 2. Complexity is measured by number of providers, number of staff, inpatient and outpatient number of visit, etc. This level can be changed at any time due to data matrix.
