This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving accountability, orchestrating strategic priorities, and ensuring disciplined execution in support of relationship development and practice objectives. The Practice Growth Specialist acts as a bridge between attorneys and the firm's Business Development & Marketing Department, helping translate practice goals into actionable individual attorney initiatives.
