About The Position

Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and strategic Practice Director to lead and oversee the delivery and implementation of our advanced supply chain management solutions. The Practice Director is a pivotal leadership role that involves managing client engagements, tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs, mentoring consulting teams, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience with supply chain management software and platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in supply chain optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the supply chain management or software industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategic decisions
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management, external partners, and customers
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and align project goals with business objectives

Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address project issues and ensure seamless delivery.
Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts to drive growth within the practice.
Identify new opportunities for expanding service offerings and enhancing client value.
