About The Position

Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the local radiology practice, partnering with physicians and business development teams to expand the market. Manage practice operations, budgets, operating expenses, capacity planning, key performance metrics, and initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with HR, IT, Credentialing, Legal, RCM, scheduling, and other functional teams to ensure physicians are fully supported and operational needs are addressed. Oversee physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, billing compliance, quality programs, and implementation of technology and practice management systems. Build strong relationships with physician clients and radiologists while fostering a productive, team-oriented environment through consistent communication and high service standards. Location: Miami, FL (Baptist Hospital of Miami)

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in management, healthcare administration, or radiology.
  • Experience in accounting, revenue cycle management, finance, P&L oversight, and successful budget management.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success building strong physician relationships.
  • Apply strong leadership, customer relationship management, process design, attention to detail, follow-through, and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • A graduate degree such as an MHA or MBA is preferred.
  • Radiology management or private practice experience preferred.
