About The Position

The Practice Director is primarily responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, providing leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports for business generation, participating in the recruitment of new hires, and communicating effectively across all organizational levels. Key competencies include driving revenue and practice group performance, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, making quality decisions, attracting and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, recognizing and acting on business trends, communicating effectively, fostering collaboration, motivating and leading by example, providing recognition, managing change, resolving issues with internal staff, clients, and candidates, and conducting effective meetings. The role also involves leading customer retention and expansion strategies and building customer loyalty through superior service. Requirements

  • 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven performance in talent manager/director role.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.
