The Practice Director is responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, providing leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports, participating in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicating across all organizational levels. This role requires driving revenue-generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director must also achieve pricing goals, possess expert knowledge of their practice group, and quickly recognize and act upon business trends.
