About The Position

The Practice Director is responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, providing leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports, participating in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicating across all organizational levels. This role requires driving revenue-generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director must also achieve pricing goals, possess expert knowledge of their practice group, and quickly recognize and act upon business trends. Key leadership qualities include demonstrating character, building trust, promoting an inclusive work environment, accepting responsibility, creating a positive team culture, understanding and supporting others, following through on commitments, and treating others fairly and consistently. The role also involves leading customer retention and expansion strategies and building customer loyalty through superior service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven performance in talent manager/director role.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.
