About The Position

The Practice Director is responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, providing leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports, participating in recruitment, and communicating effectively across the organization. This role focuses on driving revenue-generating activities, meeting productivity standards, managing resources, achieving pricing goals, and understanding business trends. The Practice Director will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and lead with character, fostering trust, respect, and credibility. They will promote an inclusive work environment, take responsibility for their actions, create a positive team culture, and treat others fairly. Business responsibilities include business generation, revenue, and pricing goals, with a total headcount of up to 4, including the Practice Director.

Requirements

  • 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven performance in talent manager/director role.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.
