The Practice Development Manager will serve as a versatile and dynamic marketing and business development professional, supporting multiple practices within the Firm’s Business Section as needs evolve. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to build broad experience, deepen business acumen, and gain exposure to a wide range of corporate practices and strategic initiatives across the Firm. Working closely with the Director of Business Development, the Practice Development Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing high-priority projects, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives that support the Firm’s business objectives. This individual will seamlessly navigate between practices and teams, adapting to the unique goals of each area while maintaining a consistent standard of excellence in execution and client service. This is a highly collaborative and growth-oriented position that provides a platform to learn from senior leaders, contribute to firmwide initiatives, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the Firm’s business development strategy. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, bringing creativity, initiative, and flexibility to a wide variety of marketing and business development projects.
