About The Position

Support the operational, financial, and analytical functions of RP Valley and RP Sun City through data analytics, physician compensation processes, reporting, and workflow optimization. Administer physician compensation processes, analyze productivity and financial metrics, and develop automated tools that improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency. Design dashboards, staffing models, and operational reports that provide leadership with timely insights and optimize physician scheduling and resource utilization. Monitor data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with physicians, finance, IT, hospital partners, and operational teams to improve workflows and resolve issues. Drive automation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives that support revenue recovery, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and practice growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, finance, compensation, or operational support
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and automation
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, operational reports, financial analyses, and business intelligence solutions to support leadership decision-making
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with physicians, leadership, finance, IT, and operational teams while managing multiple priorities
