The Practice Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating operational, scheduling, and provider lifecycle functions across assigned state practices. This role serves as a centralized oversight and escalation point for provider scheduling changes, paid time off (PTO), continuing medical education (CME) leave, reimbursements, service data collection, and provider onboarding activities. The Practice Coordinator works in close collaboration with state clinical leadership and serves as a key point of contact for providers from post‑offer through onboarding.
