This role supports the Practice Manager in managing day-to-day operations and procedures to deliver cost-effective healthcare services. The coordinator establishes work schedules, assigns tasks, and allocates resources to ensure efficient patient care and satisfaction. They also assist in resolving patient complaints, coordinate human resources functions, and provide input for staff performance appraisals. Additionally, this role involves managing budgetary activities, participating in marketing and business development, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and serving as a liaison with various stakeholders. The Practice Coordinator also handles building maintenance issues and ensures compliance with corporate values and policies. They participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement activities.
