About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare practice management or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing practices, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills daily to coordinate complex schedules and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Financial acumen is essential for overseeing budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management, ensuring the practice remains financially viable.
  • Proficiency in healthcare regulations and compliance standards guides the administrator in maintaining legal and ethical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the healthcare practice, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
