About The Position

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be the primary point of contact for visitors and retailers at Galeries d'Anjou. You will respond to inquiries, provide information about retailers, services offered, and mall policies, while creating memorable interactions that enhance the customer experience. This role directly contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring exceptional service and reinforcing the mall's reputation as a destination of choice.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Sales experience (transaction management and cash handling)
  • Bilingualism (French and English) written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during the mall's operating hours
  • Computer skills (Excel, Chrome)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all mall services, amenities, facilities, stores, locations, promotional activities, and comfort tools.
  • Interact with consumers and retailers with courtesy and efficiency, proactively seeking opportunities to create memorable interactions.
  • Sell mall gift cards and balance sales with transactions.
  • Assist consumers by providing directions, information, and answering questions by phone and in person.
  • Stay up-to-date on items, services, sale prices, promotions, and special events to make personalized gift suggestions.
  • Be familiar with the mall's emergency management manual and clearly understand the role of Customer Service.
