The laundry attendant plays an essential role in maintaining the hotel's quality and cleanliness standards. She is responsible for processing, washing, drying, folding, and distributing the establishment's laundry, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Through her attention to detail and commitment to service excellence, she directly contributes to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
- Good physical condition
- Follow and respect the Hotel's directives and standards
- Work in a team and demonstrate mutual aid
- Demonstrate a good attitude
- Show initiative

Responsibilities
- Reception of laundry
- Sorting of items
- Operating dryers and the calender
- Loading and unloading dryers
- Sorting laundry
- Ironing and folding sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, tablecloths, napkins, shower curtains, bathrobes, towels, etc.
- Loading carts
- Entering data on the daily production report
- Surface cleaning of work tools and machines
- Participating in inventories
- All other related tasks
