This is a temporary position for the period from May 1 to September 1, 2026. The incumbent receives calls and work requests and forwards them to the technical service personnel. They plan technicians' travel to optimize their daily movements and provide the best possible customer service. The incumbent must be attentive and responsive to customer needs, answering all questions and problems raised, offering professional service and responses tailored to the client's needs. The position holder must constantly ensure that their work supports the ultimate goal of providing excellent service to the company's current and potential customers.
