About The Position

This is a temporary position for the period from May 1 to September 1, 2026. The incumbent receives calls and work requests and forwards them to the technical service personnel. They plan technicians' travel to optimize their daily movements and provide the best possible customer service. The incumbent must be attentive and responsive to customer needs, answering all questions and problems raised, offering professional service and responses tailored to the client's needs. The position holder must constantly ensure that their work supports the ultimate goal of providing excellent service to the company's current and potential customers.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of spoken and written French.
  • Must provide regular work performance.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the work and travel of personnel responsible for installing, promoting, and selling cable and Internet services to customers, and repairing technical problems.
  • Create and regularly update availability schedules for appointments, optimizing staff workload and validating their travel.
  • Assist supervisors with various requests, such as route openings and closings, reports, etc.
  • Allocate personnel according to schedules and worksheets, while handling emergency situations.
  • Analyze, filter, sort, and complete service calls and work orders.
  • Respond to verification, information, and service requests from technicians, supervisors, or others.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm or reschedule previously set appointments.
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of technicians and subcontractors.
  • Complete certain reports, forms, or other documents related to the work of technicians in assigned sectors.
  • When required, participate in the training of a new employee.
