Responsibilities

  • Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
  • Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
  • Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.
  • Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
  • Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
  • Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
  • Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
