About The Position
We are looking for customer service representatives to join our team. In this role, you will assist the manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks, handle customer transactions, and ensure the store is clean and attractive. You will also be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers opportunities for advancement and a supportive, family-like atmosphere.
Requirements
- Friendly demeanor.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry merchandise up to 12 kg (25 lbs) without assistance.
- Must speak French.
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks and make bank deposits.
- Exceed customer expectations by welcoming them and providing fast and accurate service.
- Process transactions and balance the cash register.
- Authorize and monitor gas pumps (if applicable).
- Participate in optimizing sales and store profitability.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, perform facing, and label products.
- Handle coffee, certain food items, and pastries (if applicable).
- Ensure the store is clean and attractive.
