The Customer Service Representative receives calls and written communications, performs administrative follow-ups on files (disability and/or life and/or critical illness and/or health). They conduct various searches related to members. You will realize yourself in the following functions: Receive telephone communications and answer general customer questions. If necessary, transfer calls to the relevant agents. Receive requests for client contact information and mail returns and process them according to established procedures. Perform data entry into systems and keep them up to date. Perform various administrative tasks related to file processing.
