Requirements

High School Diploma is required
Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Passionate about automotive services and skilled in areas such as window tinting, vinyl wrapping, detailing, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, lubrication technician work, or paint correction
Experience as a mechanic, automotive technician, or tire technician
Thrive in a dealership environment and enjoy working with wraps, vinyl installation, and tinting

Responsibilities

Providing quality automotive window film installation per Eastman’s best practices
Developing expertise in installation and leveraging CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality
Engaging with key dealership personnel to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Assisting with on-the-job training for new installers as needed
Collaborating with supervisors and training team to develop better training methods and processes
