About The Position

The PPF Installer applies paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles according to shop quality specifications and time standards. Prior PPF installation experience is highly valued but not required; training opportunities are available for candidates interested in developing their skills. Candidates should be passionate about the automotive industry. The starting hourly pay rate is $17.00–$18.00+, evaluated based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicle surfaces to support quality PPF adhesion.
Measure, cut, and apply PPF to vehicles, paying close attention to contours and curves.
Use specialized tools to cut and trim PPF around door handles, mirrors, and other vehicle features.
Ensure installed PPF is free of dust, bubbles, wrinkles, and other defects.
Work meticulously and precisely to deliver a quality product.
Communicate effectively with Guests to explain the PPF process when required.
Keep the installation area clean and organized.
