What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 5 years in motorcycle, watercraft, or SxS service management with a proven track record of leading a large team to success. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a can-do spirit. Lightspeed Evo experience is a plus but not required. Qualifications: Preferably hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license and possess a strong background in the motorsports industry. Technical Proficiency: Expert skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of business, mathematics, and marketing. Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strategic thinking and tactical execution. Job Details Position: Full-time, salaried role with additional commission opportunities. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, with Sundays and Mondays off – perfect for riding! Requirements

Minimum 5+ Motorsports industry experience.
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects; excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Have strong, excellent verbal & communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors.
Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.
Expert software skills including MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong background in business, mathematics, & marketing.
Strong background in the Motorsports industry
Mechanically competent.
Computer literacy.
Knowledgeable in all Service department areas and processes.
Have the ability and desire to keep current on trends and new products in the industry.

Nice To Haves

Lightspeed Evo experience is a plus but not required.
Preferably hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license and possess a strong background in the motorsports industry.
Prefer interest and experience in Motorsports industry.
