Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in automotive, powersports, or high-volume retail environments.
  • Leadership ability with a passion for motivating others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Confident, coachable, and committed to constant improvement.
  • Punctual, organized, and reliable.
  • Enthusiastic about the powersports lifestyle—whether it’s motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or watercraft.

Responsibilities

  • Sell & Lead by Example: Deliver consistent personal sales while helping guide other team members to success.
  • Support Sales Strategy Execution: Assist the General Sales Manager in implementing and refining sales strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver top-tier customer service and ensure customers find the perfect unit for their lifestyle.
  • Mentor & Train: Help develop newer sales staff by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Track & Improve: Monitor key performance indicators, set daily goals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with F&I: Work closely with the Finance Department to finalize deals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Inventory Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory and model specs to support upselling and customer matching.
