About The Position

Hunter Power Sports is looking for a dependable and hardworking Powersports Porter to help support our sales, service, and daily dealership operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a team. Previous powersports or automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! As a Powersports Porter, you’ll help keep our inventory organized, vehicles clean and ready, and the dealership looking its best for our customers.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate and move vehicles.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the position.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous powersports or automotive experience.
  • Previous experience working around vehicles, equipment, detailing, or customer service.
  • Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

  • Safely move and park work vehicles throughout dealership property.
  • Move vehicles between display lots, service areas, detailing areas, and delivery locations.
  • Help keep new and used inventory clean, organized, and properly positioned.
  • Assist with preparing vehicles for customer demonstrations, test rides, and deliveries.
  • Operate a forklift when needed to move vehicles, equipment, and materials.
  • Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
  • Assist sales and service teams with vehicle-related needs.
  • Retrieve vehicles for customers and appointments.
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming dealership environment.
  • Wash vehicle exteriors and keep units looking presentable.
  • Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors.
  • Check tire pressure and fuel levels.
  • Assist with charging batteries when needed.
  • Make sure vehicles are clean and ready for display, delivery, or customer use.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing new vehicle arrivals.
  • Place buyer guides and required information in vehicle windows.
  • Organize keys, key tags, and vehicle information.
  • Help maintain an accurate and organized inventory.
