About The Position

This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of powersports equipment and the dealership lot. Responsibilities include washing, detailing, and performing light maintenance on ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units. The technician will also be responsible for moving and organizing units, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting other departments as needed. Professional communication with coworkers and customers is expected, along with accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Stable work history preferred
• Interest in ATVs, UTVs, powersports, or outdoor recreation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports equipment
• Perform basic or light maintenance as assigned
