About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Power BI Developer in Allen Park, MI. This role will manage forecasts and actuals for purchase orders for a $100M department. The team is replacing its monthly reporting process, currently based largely on Excel and PowerPoint graphs, with Power BI dashboards and Power Automate procedures. The selected candidate will continue developing existing Power BI dashboards, create new dashboards, and integrate Power Automate to automate manual processes. The position is primarily focused on Power BI and Power Automate. The candidate should also be comfortable working precisely with financial data.

Requirements

• 2+ years developing Power BI dashboards and Power Automate processes
• 3+ years using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Financial reporting
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Excel
• Associate degree

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of accounting or IT analysis experience
• 3+ years using Excel for data analysis
• Financial data experience is not required
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Communicating monthly with supervisors, as needed, to gather headcount and financial plans, then collaborating with team members to consolidate the information for senior leadership.
• Presenting data clearly to leadership, using graphics and storytelling where appropriate.
• Gathering actual monthly financial spending and entering future financial forecasts.
• Providing backup support for monthly purchase order forecasts and actual payments when other financial analysts are unavailable.
• Partnering with the Integration Team supervisor to support requests from Finance and the IT Business Office.
• Using Excel data, AI, and PowerPoint to develop clear and creative explanations of findings.
